this is a recap of how cca works. it's a hybrid approach between your traditional investment utilities like sacramentos or municipal utilities like p jenny. they're responsible for preparing the electricity and producing that power. p jenny do the delivery and the maintenance. they send the electricity over the wire and they do the billing and customer services. the customer has a seamless experience when they transfer to a cca bill. the customer pays that to p jenny and they give our portion to us. >> customers in our service area actually have four choices for their power supply. they can choose pg and e which is currently 22% renewable or choose our light green product which is 55% renewable and that's the product that customers are automatically enrolled into if they don't choose another option. we offer degreen, that's 100% renewable and it's verified by green e energy. we have just announced a third option for mce which is shares which is a local solar projects built within our service area that customers are pu

. >> and with a power, sf program or some other version of it, that needs to cca, and the description, house or how long will it take to meet the 100 percent goal? >> well, i think that the 100 percent is certainly aspirational because we do not have control over 100 percent of the electric customers in the city and even through the cca. you have approximately 20 percent of commercial load that are barbara might actually know the number better than i do on that, that are what we call the direct access customer and these are customers that are grandfathered in from the days of reregulation of the electric industry and they were allowed to go out and secure their own contracts. so those are contracts that are independent of the pg&e and will be independent of the clean power sf and it will be hard to get at that group and you have the folks that will opt out for whatever reason it is to opt out and even if it was to, be at the same price, and as the utility offers. so, it may not be able to achieve, 100 percent, but it will get us very close, and that could happen in a very short period

this is important as a city family to keep house/senate healthy in particular and how we moved open cca. the power revenue boundz bonds are needed the first time and the capital cuts because the rate increases were not as much ever with the programming of cca and another millions plus was cut the general manager and i shadow here last year we're still cutting a large number of critical capital we go through every project and they score antonio's across four regulatory and financial and the implications we know we had to take two off hype with the rim fire it's impersonal potentially he million dollars of dollars of potential revenue lost because of the providing critical electricity to the muni sf entertainment commission system and the stoplights in san francisco. that's the difficult balancing we do. there's over $2 billion of capital needs over the next 20 years what you see in the capital plan and we've required to update that every year and bring that back to the commission and discuss the finding $1.2 billion in house/senate over the next 2 years and that's the cuts and deferrals
