east of baltimore city is really going to see the brunt of this storm and that puts harford and cecil counties right in harm's way. we have been up here in harford county since about 4:00 this afternoon, about 5:30 the snow really started to come down, the way it is now, and we want to show you just immediately that it started covering all the roads in harford county. things are getting vic, traffic is getting backed up. even i-95 has come to a slow start. we did speak with the county executive today or earlier yesterday, and he says that even though they have already plowed through their budget they have enough money or will find enough money to killer these roads. this is where they also believe they are going to see the brunt of this storm so the county executive is saying the roads will get cleared. it is going to be a very large job because this is tonight. tomorrow morning it could be a totally different story with a foot or each more of snow. for now, reporting in harford county, brian cube letter, abc 2 news. >> sad the say the situation in baltimore county is not much better. josie is
