michael is charged with holding up six different stores across baltimore, crawford, and cecil -- cecil counties. he robbed and exxon gas station last wednesday on aberdeen. he then hit five more locations including a shell-station in aberdeen and a rural farms and carry bill. he also robbed the 711 on bellaire road. baltimore city police said they have arrested a man who has been impersonating a police officer. we are told walter oliver was caught with police equipment. i read is live at police headquarters. she has more on the story. --kai reed has more on the story . >> police theoliver took his desire to become an officer with too far. 18-year-old walter oliver first under suspicion on november 2. he was working as a private security guard in west baltimore what he was caught on surveillance video pulling a gun out of a holster. >> they have video evidence of the suspect identifying himself as a baltimore police cadet. he was seen with a weapon. he was seen with a batch. he was even working as a private security officer with all of this equipment. >> oliver was not a police officer.

police say this man is one of two suspects in last week's robbery of a university student near the cecil >> one robber put a knife to his throat. >> reporter: it appears the video allowed campus police to identify them and to their surprise he was already behind bars. one suspect in the cecil hall robbery has been arrested but not in maryland here in the district by george washington university police on an unrelated robbery charge. the second suspect is still at large. authorities are investigating to see if the 21-year-old can be linked to other robberies on or near college campuses. there was more crime in college park over the weekend. on saturday around 7 p.m. a victim was robbed at gun point by two men behind a pizza restaurant. >> one was right here. right behind the wall and the other one had been on the street right in front literally a block down. >> reporter: prince george's county police are looking for those suspects and students who live on this block say they are going to be more careful. >> those people are walking around by themselves at 10 p.m. >> and this happened lite

officers and inmates charged with holding up six different stores across hartford, baltimore, and cecil counties have been found dead in his detention center. he was from unresponsive thursday night by a correctional officer of labor team tour. he was housed a loan for medical reasons. officials say there were no signs of foul play. a judge has released a maryland man in connection with the death of a traveling companion. the judge says gary giodarno must be freed on tuesday without any conditions. prosecutors have than appeal the decision. he has been in jail since august 5 while investigators look into the death of robyn gardner. giodarno has said she was a slap -- swept out to sea while snorkeling. >> president barack obama and his family attended histowson basketball game. michelle obama brother is the head coach at oregon state. president obama is the first president to visit the university. with the leader of the free world in attendance, fans saw increased security measures. >> eye in 0. i think it is a wonderful opportunity to. >> i have never seen a metal detectors outside the

the last of the ring showing up in cecil county. on the upper eastern shore it is still pretty wet. most of the eastern shore is still wet. western maryland is right out. what they are watching in allegheny county is the rain and snow banks coming out of west virginia. it will probably get some in order conditions tonight. a good deal of snow in western ohio and fort wayne up to central michigan. there is colder air out there. it will work in our direction. it is the 10th straight day with temperatures above normal. the normal high is barely above 50 degrees to the end of november. the record was once again a little out of reach at 74 degrees. go back to the late 1800's and look at all of the years. the warmest november on record is 1931 when the average was 55 degrees. this year's 12th on the all-time list topping out at 50.8 degrees so far. we have to march to go so that will be adjusted a little bit. currently we are the 11th warmest baltimore -- record in baltimore. big storms over the tennessee and ohio river valleys moving north. snow on the west side. a mild rain out ahead of

the victim was walkinger in nor cecil hall around midnight when the man pointed the gun at his neck and took his wallet and cell phone. what are police saying about this? >> and this is the most important part of the story and this is that video of one of the suspects, one of the two suspects walking into an establishment after this and some background information now, thursday night, a male student was walking in a parking lot near cecil hall when two male suspects bumped into him. the two men robbed him and took his money and wallet and his cell phone and they took off. the student was not nearsly injured in this and pleasing say this is the first actual robbero campus after a year. after this, they support out an e-mail alert and text alert to the students informing them of what took place on campus and we wanted to tell you is that police say there are surveillance video cameras all over campus and there is a strong tossability that they could be on other videos on campus and that could be a crucial part in solving this case and helping get the people who committed this robbery behi
