this is parts of the cecil county, south central pennsylvania, these areas, and they are expecting to get a lot of wins, the same thing all along the bay. southern pennsylvania, probably closer to our maryland line, the strong wind will be pushed in. they have heavy snow in the mountains. our winds will start shifting to the south as we get into tomorrow morning. we will still have some strong wind gusts. in the 30's to 40's, pushing water up the bay. the highs on the bay are likely be worse than they were today, simply because of a change in the wind direction. 11:00 in the morning, this is from north to south on the bay. this will arrive at st. michael's as early as 5:00 in the morning. above normal. above normal tides tomorrow. probably for the afternoon tide as well. this is a precipitation estimate from radar around the region. the intensity of the rain and how much fell. you can see this is very heavy, the eastern shore down to the lower part of the bay. we are talking maybe 11 inches of rain. that does not mean every rain gauge picked up that much. we have already have upwards

the cry for help was a setup for a home invasion in cecil county. >> the frantic knock at the door came in the wee hours of the morning, awaking the homeowner who found a distressed woman claiming she had been in a fight with her boyfriend. >> the victim stepped outside and gave this woman her cell phone. as the person who is now a suspect began it appear to make a phone call a male suspect came from around the house and attacked the female victim who was on the porch. he threw her to the ground. >> the woman was able to break free and ran to a nearby house. >> started banging frantically on the door. >> once inside with bloodstreaming down her face, the victim told her neighbors of the attack and they called police. >> but she was quite beat up. they slammed her face into the gravel driveway and she managed to get away from him and vault over a scum of wheel bar rows. that's how she got into the house safely. >> meanwhile, a second man joined the first both wearing masks. they confronted her husband at gun point. >> the gun did not fire and diseep anded mon -- demanded money mapped too
