her body was found tuesday next to a cemetary.annie mccormick is live at the scene of the crime with the developments. >> reporter: warmth, connie murray's viewing is scheduled for tonight her husband will not be in attendance he is in jail on charges of her murder. members of the community say they are rallying around the couple's teenage dawrls. >> there's no -- teenage daughters, there's no celebration in the case, but programs the people who play and exercise in the area of pennypack park, a sigh of relief because there's not a predator lurking in the area. >> reporter: the announcement came afternoon today. police charged christopher murray for the murder of his wife connie. >> after failing the lie detecter test he was confessed by detectives where he confessed to strangling his wife in the park. >> reporter: the confession came saturday evening. 6:00 a.m., tuesday, connie's body was discovered in pennypack park near her northeast philadelphia home. 9:00 p.m. monday she left with her headphones and cell phone to power walk.
