it's hazy out here in center city. you can see the skyline of philadelphia right behind me out here. we see a few of those runners those early morning joggers trying to come up the art museum steps. they are very few and far between at this hour. the kind of heat that we're experiencing right now could certainly be dangerous later on today for the more vulnerable groups, the elderly, disabled just looking at the peco building here in center city you can see it's in the low 80s at this point. but some of the people that we've been talking with say they are trying to deal with the heat the best they can. some will tell us they're starting to look forward to winter at this point. and all the snow that we're going to end up getting. definitely people who are really wishing away this kind of weather. it's a good idea to bring extra water with you as you head out the door this morning. some of the fol^ç of course do have to work in this kind of heat especially construction workers but you do need to be extra careful. wear li
