this side of center city. i can tell you that. a calm serenity you see the fences up around the pope zone if you will here at eakins oval. a flurry of activity during the day time to get all of this area set up. it really has been a transformation down here in center city. we can see designated parkway location signs, turning the area into a grid of sorts. no stopping signs have also gone up in the area. and the protection comes down to the mail boxes which have been tagged for removal ahead of this visit. protection is a major concern. over the weekend the chair of the congressional homeland security committee said there was one thwarted security concern. yesterday we spoke with congressman scott perry who said every precaution is being taken. >> you can never be 100% sure. we have an expectation of 100% and it only takes one of them to slip through. >> reporter: once again another new addition, banners welcoming pope francis and the world meeting of families. a lot of stuff going on in this area now. really

this is train number three headed into center city.two ceo press trains that have not stopped here, but take a look, we have 200 to 250 people who so far departed from here alone, here in fort washington, montgomery county, this trags station is the most ticketed train station of the 18 regional rail stations that are taking people into center city this morning. this train just arriving here getting ready to depart. the way they do it is people line up here and the other side of the train station, come underground up on the platform, and when the train gets here, they board waiting until everyone on the platform is on the train. if the train is full, people have to wait for the next one. so far good news that's not happened yet this morning. people have got on the trains. once it moves out, you see the other side of the train station, but, first, listen to what some of the people had to say just before they boarded this train. we told you minutes ago, tracy, they are very excited, and many have tickets to get very close to the pope. >>

we're on 15th street on cherry looking toward center city and city hall right there and a lot of the city has been transformed. if you left work friday you will notice a vast difference on monday. if we're able to, go back to that picture that bob kelly showed of that jumbo tron out. there is 40 jumbo trons throughout the city and one thing i spotted on that one it blocked the sidewalk completely right on a corner at the parkway there. the road is still opened. the city is still opened for business. still a lot of traffic. when all these barricades up. the these barricade have cut down to zero visibility. same with that jumbo tron. you can sea around it. you will have people walking in the street because they cannot walk on the sidewalk if it is block by a big jumbo tron or steel barricades and then you have cars not seeing people in the street if they are taking these corners awfully fast. it will be a danger zone in the city. if you are walking, biking, driving be extra safe. now lets get to the other issue. we saw a parking authority tow truck long before 9:00 slowing down because
