now on our way here from center city, we can tell you this it was an adventure to say the lee. it was snowing. we didn't hear the sleet coming down. then we hit right there near eagles stadium and there was a snag for about 10 minutes. what we noticed was a car turned around in the complete opposite direction. a tow truck hitched the car but then tow truck watts having a tough time turning around because road are so slick in that area we had to wait and watched it all play out. tow truck ended up driving the wrong way down i-95 to get that car out of the way. many people were on the road. would i say 10 to 15 cars were there at that time, and everyone driving safely, slow ly, making their way to where ever they were going and steve just mentioned who necessary where people are going at this hour and in these conditions but yeah here in follow come we are at wawa. we have not seen too many people. we have a couple waves when we first got here but i have been watching the snowplow trucks coming through here making sure they are keeping the road safely. so, we will keep checking i

we are getting a break in center city philadelphia snow letting up after steady snow over last several hours but still seeing flakes flying right now in parts of the south injuries friday moorestown into evesham and closer to the shore. heavier pockets of the snow across portions of southeastern, burlington county, and atlantic county. seeing snow showers lifting northbound up through ocean county as well. we've winter weather advisory north and west until 8:00 p.m. for next hour and a half for blowing snow in these areas to greatly reduce visability. we have visability down to a half mile down in mount pocono and reduced in ac with the snow coming down, until 9 miles, but we have wind speed, that blowing snow, sustained wind right now 17, 23, 30 miles per hour as we head in the evening and overnight, snow showers are going to come to an end over the next couple of hours. we will still maintain wind gusts upward of 35 miles an hour, times of blowing snow north and west of the city and with the cold temperatures, and these wind, we have some down right frigid wind chills in store overni

"eyewitness news" reporter anita oh is live in center city with more on the arrests, anita. >> reporter: nicole and jessica after police chief says immediately after office 's arrived at ben franklin high school to serve those arrest warrants, they pulled a fire alarm as an loose and now 10 teenage boys are in custody facing felony charges after a violent subway brawl, last week. ten teenage boys are now in custody in connection to this violent subway brawl at race/ vine septa station around 3:45 on the afternoon of the march 16th. cell phone video shows a group of teens brutally attacking another group, punching and stumping on the victim's head. >> they are being attacked like on buses, and fighting, and i mean i don't want to say it is silly but it happened here a lot. >> reporter: on thursday, police served seven warrants at ben franklin high school one at franklin learning center, one in north philadelphia and last in an unknown location. officers are waiting for an arrest warrant for 18 year-old ben franklin student, the only one who would be charged as an adult. >> school dismiss
