a centreville, virginia, madison in custody that morning, charged with fairfax county's first homicide of the year. police accuse benjamin walker of killing his roommate, ryan leslie, in their home on gunther court. officers say walker came to a jail yesterday and reported a woman dead inside his house. when police arrived at the home, they found leslie's body with trauma to her upper body. police arrested walker a short time later. they aren't saying why they believe walker killed leslie. >>> this morning, alexandria police are trying to figure out what led a car to run off the road killing an 8-year-old boy. investigators say the driver lost control of a honda accord on duke street near the overpass to interstate 395. the car hit a mother and child and landed down an embankment. the young boy died at the scene. his mother is expected to be okay. the driver was not injured. police say they have not charged him at this time. >>> a man charged in a series of home invasion robberies in montgomery and prince george's counties is now back in our area. police arrested 33-year-old kevin ray
