we'll go to centreville, virginia on the weather bug network. cardinal ridge elementary school and throughout the day, same story there as it has been across the entire area and that is just rainy conditions. didn't rain every minute but rained a lot of the day and rainfall totals are pretty impressive in some spots as you watch the clouds come and reinforce overhead all day long. as far as rainfall totals, .92 reported in remington and .66 in chevy chase. noticed the temperatures now. a lot of these areas at lunch time were in lower 40's. temperatures falling now as it's bringing it light and cooler air. another good point to watch with the steadiest rain and now leftover patches of rain and that will be the pattern for the next four or five hours until the entire area starts to dry out some. 55 at reagan national and 54 degrees at baltimore and we'll see the trends trend line for temperatures. go down the night. skies will start to clear a bit and not going to be bright and sunny all day. really warm air and in eastern montana in the 80's righ
