this is a film as you mentioned chadwick bozeman. what an incredible story. of him becoming the supreme court justice that we know. but he takes on a case here sterling k. brown if you know this is us, he's accused of rape and so thurgood marshall teams up with a gentleman name sam friedman played by josh gad to take on this case in connecticut and it's a incredibly well done film from a courtroom drama standpoint. i just love a good courtroom drama and when you're in the middle of these scenes it feels like you're watching an action scene, the way the speeches are delivered, the questions are delivered, it is a phenomenally well made film. chadwick kills it. he's incredible in the role, the confidence he has on screen. we've seen him play real life contact terse before. he played james brown he also played 42, he just really kind of takes on these characters and really becomes them and every role in this film, ever performance is great. josh gad was really, real good as well. just a movie that makes you -- it makes you want to cheer at the end. it's a very w

recently i had a chance to talk to the actor portraying mar sham, chadwick bozeman.ing about marshall as opposed to some of the other work is that it's not the story people expect. people would expect to be here is the entirety of his life, here is brown versus board. this is actually a courtroom drama. did that intrigue you about the film? >> when i read the skriptcript, main thing about it is that i knew didn't have to know who thurgood mar sham was in order to watch this movie. and i think that is a great thing for an audience member to know that like i can come into this without any prior idea of who this man is. and enjoy the movie and later to have a greater appreciation for him, you know, knowing all of the stuff that he did. but it's a western. he's not just thurgood marshall, he is the marshal coming into town to implement justice. it's a who done it, a cop movie in a way even though they aren't cops. it has the feeling of the guy who only works alone because thurgood marshall was at this particular time in the naacp, he was the only attorney going around de

the coroner's office identified former victims, eight-year-old, lee chadwick roger and 71-year- old danielrom when ellen the others lived and santa rosa good weather conditions helping firefighters this morning with flames still threatening a lot of homes out there.>> alex is near -- at their.>> the knots fire is continuing to threaten homes here in the community of kenwood were a couple miles east of highway 12 and you can see that there are engines parked next to some of these homes during structure protection along adobe canyon road. there are several dozen roads as you move further up to the canyon closer to sugarloaf ridge state park and this fire, this flank is still actively burning in this area. early this morning we saw a flareup and there is quite a bit of concern about the homes in this particular community. the good news is that firefighters are starting to make some progress on the fire and all of the other fires burning in the north bay because it those erratic winds that of course the problems over the past week or so have led up but still it will be hot and dry later today.
