this morning, forme rhode island governor lincoln chaffee said he was leaving the race. chaffee had trouble gaining any traction - raising less than 40-thousand dollars from outside sources.clinton, sanders and former maryland governor martin o'malley remain in the democratic race. an update to a push to stop the chauncey tower from rising over iowa city. a judge dismissed a suit against the city council's plan to build a 15-story building at college and gilbert streets. trinity church filed the lawsuit, saying the chauncey tower and the traffic it would bring would hurt the church. the chauncey tower will have living and office space, hotel rooms, a bowling alley, and a movie theatre. developers hope to start construction this summer and finish it by the end of 2018. nearly 100 new jobs are on their way to eastern iowa. clickstop, a company created in the corridor, broke ground this afternoon on a major expansion. cbs 2 news anchor scott sanborn joins me now to explain how big this really is. scott? scott?joy - this company grew extrodinarily in its early days and today

josh: lincoln chaffee, the former rhode island governor and senator announced that he is out. he also thanked the democrats that he met here in new hampshire. chafe feef has struggled to raise money and gain traction against hillary clinton and bernie sanders. and some turmoil today on the presidential campaign of one jeb bush. as it announced another round of cutbacks on payroll and travel. but those reductions at the top mean more resources will be flowing to the bush operation here in new hampshire. adam sexton joins us now to explain. reporter: it is a tough day on the national level for bush, his local team is ready to make the most of this effort to refocus the campaign on the first in the nation primary. jeb bush employs a bigger campaign team in new hampshire than all of the other republican candidates running for president. and bush senior advisor rich killian will be hiring more soon. >> we're going to take some resources at the national level and worry going to apply them here on the ground in new hampshire, where they matter most. reporter: but national campaign re
