agents tell us it was san francisco police who actually took ryan chamberlain into custody. they say he could be in federal custody, even as early as later tonight. his exact location at this moment is still unknown, as both federal and local authorities obviously interested in getting ryan chamberlain to where they need him to conduct their investigation. federal investigators first got a lead, when chamberlain used his debit card we are told at a bar in the lower haight, that of course was the mad dog in the fall bar. we're told it's a little more than 2 miles from his apartment. chamberlain's apartment where the fbi searched this weekend, and it was a bartender who told us that he used his debit card. now after 6:00 p.m. this evening, the fbi began to court and off streets near crissy field, it was a chaotic situation. they moved in and primarily because they had located his car. this is what we expect to be the 2008 white nissan altima that they had put out in bulletins that they were looking for. again now you are looking at video from over the weekend, where agents wer
