supervisor chan? >> supervisor connie chan: thank you, president walton. i first want to thank everyone who came out here to share your personal story. as a supervisor, i live out of richmond and going through kaiser on gary boulevard has been my routine for going to work to city hall, and it's been months that i have to -- actually not just with our mental health service workers but also our nurses, our station engineer 39 and just for months standing with you, all of you in front of kaiser but also driving by and honking and trying to encourage the workers. i think that as an employer, there is an issue with kaiser as an employer. there is a problem with the way they are treating their workers, all workers and i think that is something to be said for all the workers to come together because there was even a sympathy strike not too long ago and yet still here we are. i think that there is one critical element that was very different when we held our hearing at the government audit oversight committee
