supervisor chan. thank you. i want to thank supervisor safai for thinking about the conversation about rate increase. as about a year ago i, too when i saw the rate increase for our power. specifically and actually had a committee of a whole and thank you for this committee as a whole at the board and the discussion about rate increase and which we learned that there was going to be independent studies about how do we decouple our rate increase from the pg and e. i do agree that when we think about both when it come to utilities rate increase it impact our residents and impact our small business significant low temperature is a worthwhile conversation to be had. i think puc having audits and that i will put a hat's on as the last local agency formation commission chair we, too, have been having the studies. try to have a better understanding about both water and -- power rates and how do we structure them in a way that is progressive in equitable for low income households. so i think that there are many things h

thank you, chair chan. i just wanted to make one quick note on recommendation number 21 on page 70 of our report. this recommendation is to actually increase revenues from public guardian and public administrator fees based on actual collections, as we believe that what's been budgeted in the fee revenue is lower than what should it should be. and these six revenue accounts have been budgeted at 1,285,000 for the last two years. but revenue collections have totaled over 1.8 million last year. and almost 2 million this year through may 7th. so we think if the revenue assumptions could be adjusted, it could increase the budgeted revenue. if you increase the budgeted revenue to 1.1 million $635,000, there could be an additional $350,000 in the budget. it would require the mayor to agree to expand the budget. but we think this is a reasonable recommendation. i just want to point out that this is a revenue recommendation. recommendation? yeah, that's a rare it's rare. and we and we agree with it, which is less r
