this is between wichita and chaney.some sort of either a wall cloud or a funnel cloud that was happening between wichita and chaney. and you know what? the experts can tell you better. jacqui jeras is a meteorologist here. jacqui, what is it? what was it? >> it's tough to tell. you look at video streaming like that and the resolution isn't very good, don so, i'd hate to say that's definitely a tornado. but i do know that storm spotters are confirming that tornado in kingman and reno county. we do know there is one on the ground. it's hard to tell as it's a developing situation. you see the dark clouds, but you don't see a signature in that video, not right there anyway, that tells me that there's a tornado. so i'm relying on the people on the ground that we're in touch with to tell us that. i've got another picture here, if you want to see it. where we could see it a little bit better. this is from kake tv, which is an affiliate in wichita. and i for sure see a rain shaft. so you can see where the rain is coming down al
