this neighbor, her name is charlene, we worked on her home in the last year. she lives in bayview. she's lived there for 58 years. she lives there with her sister, her father built that home. when he passed away, she was given the home and she has this incredible economic asset that can't afford to keep it in the home. property taxes are low. that's where we come in, to keep people in their neighborhood, a family that's been in that neighborhood. she's been there for 58 years. so she shared with us what a joy you have brought to our home and family. i could never thank you enough for all of your expertise and selfless hours you have so willingly given that our strong legacy continues to live and thrive here in the house that my dad, louis armstrong, put his sweat and life to. i hope the universe returns to you 300 times what you have given out. so when i think of legacy, i think of preserving the legacy of families, the legacy of people being able to be in their neighborhoods and being brought to be in their neighborhoods. i believe that's exactly what we do. thank you. >> thank yo
