i'm courtny gerrish.and i'm charles benson. live at four that breaking news- the milwaukee county district attorney has decided to file criminal charges against a brown deer police officer who shot a man after an allege verbal altercation on a milwaukee county transit bus. manual burnley junior was hurt, and hospitalized for almost two weeks after the shooting ... that happened in march.george mallet is in the charles and courtny ... officer devon kraemer has been charged with aggravated battery and use of a dangerous weapon. according to the criminal complaint, on march 14th officer kraemer shot manuel burnley in the back after pulling him off a milwaukee county bus. the driver of that bus pulled over after she said burnley wouldn't stop arguing with her over bus fare. documents show officer kraemer escorted burnley off the bus ... where he continued to resist arreth told investigators she was unable to control burnley and shot him while he was on the ground as she feared for her safety and that of her partner. burnley's attor

good evening, i'm charles benson. >> and i'm katie crowther. julia fello is live now with how a co-worker helped lead to that arrest. julia? >> reporter: it was that alert co-worker spotted at the uwm transportation service department seeing the suspect looking at photos of little court records show 58-year-old jack hay, jr., told investigators he viewed pornography at work, he would sometimes print the photos at work. he said a girl in one of the photos appeared to be 8 to 10 years old. uwm police found a total of 16 child pornography images on his work computer. a uwm spokesperson tells us that he has now been terminated. during a search warrant, investigators found in multiple photos of nude children, kids' costume jewelry, and a handwritten note with their ages next to them. no one was at his home this afternoon. his neighbor says he witnessed a huge police raid back in august. >> block was surrounded with police. and had the hallway blocked off, couldn't go out through the back. and they were going through his apartment.
