same question to you, charlie. on you do you feel these caveats will impact the proposition and how do you envision it will actually result in the expedited construction of truly affordable housing? >> this housing for workers and families initiative will accelerate not only the permitting of new housing but also the actual development and construction of new housing. so we're talking about three different housing types, one hundred percent affordable homes and educator and teacher housing and mixed income and multigenerational housing development. these developments would be required to provide at least 30% onsite affordable units serving a range of incomes from low to moderate-income. all of these new affordable units would be family size, at least two and three bedrooms to serve family households in san francisco. and this would also be a boost to workers because it would follow prevailing wage guidelines and requires skilled and trade previsions. san francisco is a uniontown. in the spirit of that, really provi

joining us now, barbara mcquaid and charlie dent. i want to stick on the politics for a second because one of the things that also struck me when republicans were trying to say that joe biden did something really bad here by taking classified documents away. they drilled down on it. they tried to say it was a really big deal. he was imperilling national security. and yet they didn't seem to have that same sort of anger toward donald trump. so does that help them to paint joe biden as a danger to national security when donald trump is facing the same thing but you know, exponentially different? >> well, i think that the hypocrisy is obvious with the kind of responses they're giving here. it either is a big deal when somebody mishandles classified information or it's not. so i think the most important takeaway for me is the comparison between the conduct of joe biden, which you know, he certainly was careless in the way he handled classified information and that's a serious issue, but in stark contrast to donald trump, who upon notific

yes, absolutely, charlie.f patients in england living with suspected lung cancer, are being offered a blood test which can show if they'd benefit from early access to targeted therapies. the test can identify genetic variations in tumours which can be treated with tablets rather than chemotherapy. experts say this could lead to fewer side effects for patients. it really allows patients to get on treatment very, very quickly. but more importantly, it allows them to get on absolutely the correct treatment for their particular cancer. these tablets have dramatic effects in shrinking the cancer down. and in most cases they have markedly fewer side effects. people don't lose their hair. officials have raised concerns about a potential conflict of interest involving the environment secretary, stephen barclay. the issue relates to the construction of an incinerator in his constituency, which he opposes. mr barclay will have no involvement in decisions about the project. 0ur political correspondent helen catt is in we
