charlie gasparino breaks it. >> we should point out this is a guy named michael kramer.ehold name from main street, but on wall street he's known possibly as the best restructuring expert in the country. on the street he's a guy that basically goes in there when your company goes bankrupt, he goes in and fixes things, resells it. he did this for perella weinberg as a partner for the past five years. he was fired earlier in the year, and here's what's going on now. there were negotiations for him to get his deferred compensation out, money that he says is owed to both him and his partners. it equals $100 million. settlement talks broke down last week between the kramer team and the perella weinberg team led by joe perella, one of the most famous investment bankers in the world, and what we are likely to get this week -- sources are telling us in the kramer camp -- we're likely to get a $100 million lawsuit filed after the talks broke down. here's the interesting rub here, and i think this is why this is going to be a story that resonates. the it is going to -- if this thi
