i want to bring in my colleague charlotte gallagher, our correspondent who has been following events day here. charlotte, you've been at various different events, you were at the memorial service this morning and then at the foot of the tower and you have been talking to people. what are your reflections on how it has felt? it has felt like an important day for people in the community, the bereaved, the survivors and the wider community surrounding grenfell, the one that came together so grenfell, the one that came together so well in the aftermath of that disaster this time last year. today, there has been a lot of silent reflection as well as the services. when you go to the base of the tower, there is a board that surrounds it and people are writing m essa 9 es surrounds it and people are writing m essa g es to surrounds it and people are writing messages to their family and friends and to people they didn't even know. it has affected them so deeply. people were standing there and taking it all in. there was lots of crying and hugs. there was a sense that people were supporting it
