. >>> david culver from charlottesville. a pretrial hearing underway in the case of jesse matthew. 14 witnesses have been subpoenaed to testify today in the pretrial hearing. most of them law enforcement. we expect new details to come out of their testimony that could reveal exactly how this abduction unfolded when it comes to hannah graham and her murder. jesse matthew is accused in the case. his trial is set for july. several pretrail hearings are scheduled up to that point. prosecutors are seeking the death penalty against matthew. he's also charged in morgan harrington's case. that is set for october. another thing that we'll be watching here in court today is the change in prosecution. the commonwealth attorney who was initially handling the case, was voted out of her office in november. a new commonwealth attorney is taking over. we'll see if that person, robert tracy, is going to be the one who will try this case against jesse matthew. a lot of developments expected here in court. that's why we are down here in charlo
