monica flynn, who was the founder of elle charo said he invented it here. she said she was -- she rolling up one day and one accidentally fell into the hot oil. and she shouted something like -- chimichanga. and that's the story anyway it was probably actually more of a swear word i think. but it came out like chimichanga. translated thingamajig or something like that. so anyway these are the kind of stories that went along with el charo they both wanted to make the chimichanga state food of arizona. so of course i came here. i had to have the chimichanga to a place where it was supposedly invented. and i did. the chimichanga led to this crazy idea of chasing all of the symbols in arizona. arizona has 12 symbols. there's suggesting chill clan we have the texas blossom, state flower. state tree, we have a state neckware which is it the bowl, tie, that's i have the bowl anti with me -- [inaudible] the bowl atie should be wearing it. state neck ware so what is the na. habitat of the bowl atie? well, i found that in my journey and place in wickenburg and there'
