baltimore city police have identified a woman struck and killed by a truck yesterday. 53-year-old cheryl tenner was crossing the 2500 block of harford road near east 25th street around 4:00 yesterday afternoon when she was hit by the truck. fenner died at the scene. the truck driver stopped, remained at the scene. still no word yet exactly how the accident happened. >>> former baltimore raven tony fein has died in washington state. an agent for the linebacker said he died yesterday morning in port orchard but has no details about the death. the 27-year-old undrafted rookie free agent was let go by the ravens in the final cut in september. linebacker ray lewis was among those reacting to the news today. >> humble young man. to me. always searching for some type of direction and things like that. it's really sad, my heart definitely goes out to his family and friends and things because it's such a tragic death for someone to be that young and go through the things he's been through. >> you may recall tony fein was arrested in august charged with miss -- misdemeanor assault on a police offi

but as cheryl conner reports, big brother is not keeping watch over the baltimore region just yet. >> reporter: we headed out this afternoon through two work zones, 695 at charles street and 95 between whitemarsh boulevard and 895. those two areas will be a focus of the state highway safe zones program, but we spotted no sign and no cameras. today's october 1st. why the delay. >> we're in a pilot days right now. this is actually pretty quick turnaround. we're only the doing warnings for the 30 days, want people to get used to the idea. >> in the coming days expect to see warning signs and an suv with a camera mounted on it. the law states those cameras have to be set up on expressways with the speed limit of at least 45 miles per hour. if you're caught on camera going at least 12 miles per hour, over the posted limited, a fine will be mailed for $40. >> there's a lot of fatalities in the country every year for work zones, so it's probably a good idea. >> the state highway administration says there have been 12 people killed in work zone crashes over the past 10 years. now two cameras
