cheryl, what can you tell us? >> reporter: well, we just arrived on scene and we were told a fire broke out about an hour ago, maybe about an hour and a half ago on brookedale avenue, here in the sunnydale projects. several people had to jump for their lives from this two-story building. and you can see the aerial shots there. the fire was brought under control, fairly quickly, but once firefighters went inside, they found two people inside. one confirmed dead, another one in unknown condition. witnesses tell me that possibly a 3-year-old was taken to the hospital. we have no idea what condition that child is in. details are really sketchy out here. i don't know if you can see from the air, but if you come back live, you can see that there is a heavy police presence and you can see that a lot of police cars are here, but if you turn the corner, there are more police cars there. we are told that a near-riot broke out. people were very upset here, possibly trying to save the folks inside. police had to bring the sit

david: cheryl, we want to go back to cheryl for a second because she has been pouring through these numbers. cheryl, you found a little nugget for us. >> i did, i did. this is part of the reason we're seeing selloff in the stock right now. for the revenue outlook for the year, four 2014 they came in on the light side of the estimate. they were looking for 1.24. they came in at a range of 1.2 to 1.25 billion. they brought back their revenue estimates. they increased revenue estimates for 2014. that is one of the things we're seeing pressuring the stock, still down about 5%. david: good point. oliver, i want to go back to you, kim, we haven't forgotten about you, i'm coming back. first i want to go tovery because he is -- oliver because he is recommending apple. it is closing in on $600. it hasn't been $600 a share for a year. it closed today at about 591. is that still cheap or risen high enough? >> it is certainly more expensive than it was at 450, and $500. the bottom line, they continue to have large amounts cash. they go through the seven for one stock split and continue to derive revenu

rich: we'll go to cheryl casone. we have ibm now. cheryl. >> we do, guys. we're getting ibm numbers. the stock actually trending downward just about 1% right now. looking at the bid ask. ibm revenue coming in at 22.5 billion. so we did see a miss on revenue for ibm. as far as earnings per share, that actually was on par with the estimates, 254 a share for ibm. quarter and services, there was a backlog of 138 billion there, up 1%. they are reporting some currency adjustments. we saw that in the last quarter as well. some currency fluctuations an issue. by the way first quarter americas revenue, 9.6 billion and adjusted earnings per share again coming in at $2.54. that was on par but parsing through ibm's numbers and the stock is under just a little bit of pressure as you can see guys on your screen. ibm, liz, you know this very well, it is all about the cloud computing and they have been really trying to catch up with cloud computing that's something i will kind of look through it, the press release and come back to you. liz: they have been shedding their ha
