cheryl conner, abc 7 news. horace: and it has been a rough start to the weekend after a tragic friday in charles county. three deadly car accidents in waldorf left including a young mother, an 18-year-old man, and two teenagers from westlake high school. will bea: monday there grief counselors at westlake high school to help students who may need to express their feelings. in waldorf, there were three separate fatal crashes in less than 24 hours. makeshift memorials continue to grow at the crash sites in waldorf after a total of four people lost their lives friday in separate crashes, including three teenagers and a 25-year-old mother. >> you don't pay attention to how fast you are going until something like this happens. westlake high school students passed away at this intersection at about 12:30. later, a woman was pronounced dead after hitting a tree on highway 301. and then another tree was struck on st. pet sunday afternoon. >> we just want them to know that we love them. >> he was such a sweetheart. proc

reporting live in napa, i'm cheryl hurd, nbc bay area news. >> cheryl, thank you.t into our newsroom now, exclusive information about the murder of a popular little league president and coach. a 6th person has been arrested connected to the death of frank navarro. he was stabbed outside of trace gringo a popular bar in downtown san jose where he worked. now, we broke the news of this 6th arrest on twitter earlier tonight. court documents show that 6th suspect, 20-year-old andrew ser servantes had a run in with police last month. he was arrested during a felony probation search. the d.a. decided to drop those charges. now, this might sound familiar. yesterday we first reported that another suspect, robert ruiz was also arrested during a probation search in january. the d.a. dropped those charges as well. now, friends of the victim have repeatedly questioned why these suspects were even out on the street. they believe the coach may still be alive today if the d.a. hadn't dropped those charges. >> new at 11:00 tonight, governor brown has declared another state of emer
