cheryl: chris, good morning. >> good morning, again, lea, cheryl. cheryl: good to see you again. are really fazing a tougher test next week when the fed has to accept or reject capital plan. it seems like at least the bigger names are well funded, are you concerned at all right now? >> well, it was all fine and well that everybody passed but just as you implicated, it's a rolling target and i think that those that are on the weaker side of it, are going to be force today -- forced to raise a little more capitol. the best thing of all would be to have regulations of dodd-frank to be sort of eliminating because there's no bigger stimulus than having less regulation. that's the hope. i'm not sure whether they will get it. lea: let's talk about oil, oil prices have been rising for the first time in more than four days but still low since the start of the year. what's your outlook for oil and do you see a slide for opportunity for investors? >> well, there's an opportunity, it's down the line. i think we will see a little bit of a comeback in oil prices as we get into the end of the y

cheryl: let's talk about neil gorsuch. some opponents held out hope that it might be open to criticism of the president's executive order. that didn't happen. >> that didn't happen at all. the supreme court ended up making a more narrow version of the last executive order that gorsuch was in full support of the president. lauren: there are exceptions to people from the mostly muslim countries coming in if you have a job here are relative. it is difficult to police those exceptions, is it not? >> it's absolutely difficult. but we have here is the supreme court said you have to have a bona fide connection and those people would not be subject to a travel ban. the question is what's that going to mean? the education has said if you have family here come the educational opportunity that you may not be subject to the ban. that term, bona fide connection the subject of litigation to determine what those parameters are. cheryl: summit technology ceos working for a lot of them. on the other side of this is the political refugees,

i'm cheryl jennings.ou know, communities across the bay area are facing issues of hunger every single day. it affects children, seniors, people with steady jobs, and so many more. according to the five bay area food banks, almost 800,000 people use their services every month. now, overall, these food banks distribute more than 170 million pounds of food to those in need every year. it's interesting to note that more than half of the total pounds of food distributed is actually fresh produce. i am proud to say that abc7's parent company, disney, is committed to fighting hunger. this past year disney donated $1.5 million to the feeding america network of food banks, and this means that each of our local food banks in the network received $15,000 from disney and abc7 to continue their important efforts. right now we have a local story of a young person making a difference. the city of san jose is teaming up with a south bay teenager to fight hunger. kiran sridhar founded waste no food, a website and an app t
