. >> it is a lovely day today, cheryl and dan. if there's anything as normal weather, we are moving back into a normal summertime pattern. all is quiet in the bay area front today, much inlike yesterday 'weather. let's travel down to the tropics whether it's anything but quiet. we have two category 1 hurricanes approaching hawaii right now. i'm sure you've heard much about them. first is iselle. packing maximum sustained winds of 90 miles per hour, followed rather closely by hurricane julio. a little bit weaker, they are expected to take this path, iselle the first one expected to make landfall over late tore as a category 1, and then move on out to sea as a tropical storm. followed closely, two days later, late saturday into early sunday by what would then by tropical storm julio, expected to move north of the islands but still could deal some stormy blows. a tropical storm watch in effect for oahu, and we'll continue to monitor the attention. now back to home. over the advancing layer of low clouds and fog pushing out over the b

and an impressive global effort. how she's making the world a better place. a city sudden spike in the number of tickets generated by red light cameras. >> gieng, i'm dan ashley. >> i'm cheryle went out to get answers about a sharp jump in the tickets in millbrae. >> he's live to explain what he found today. vic? >> this is a one of three intersections that have cameras the sheriff's office tells us they have answers for us tonight but not all. this is one of three intersections where millbrae cameras are located. the others in el camino. last week, an editor e mailed the millbrae city council saying there was a huge spike in the red light camera ticketing. in april, generating 669 tickets. in may, a jump of 1525 tickets, that is 856 tickets more than the previous month. more than double the number. san mateo county sheriff's office says it's looking into this spike. >> thank you for bringing this to our attention. >> angela louis says they found this
