so, cheryl davis with the human rights commission. just the human rights commission, f.t.e. will increase by 7.75 from 30 to 37 mainly keeper positions. no major changes from 21-22 to 22-23. and then there is $800,000 within the dream keeper initiative within that funding that is focused on alternatives to policing. i will say that the human rights commission, 80% of the staff are people of color. we have currently about 12 vacant positions as i mentioned, majority of those, about five of those are for the dream keeper positions. and there are a few positions that we're planning to keep open for cost savings. currently, as i say, we have 30 positions open -- 30 positions within the department. and i will say that -- i don't know if it's good or bad, but that we have a high number of exempt positions, permanent and temporary. that's the reason we have a high diversity within our department. we work with folks after they're brought in to move them to a p.c.f. position, but there is a little more ability to get in people with diverse ski
