cheryl: i want to go to the stock exchange, talking about the s&p just now.he real story is the dow, down below 16,000 closing session lows, 275. initial thoughts about what we are seeing right now? >> one thing we see with the dow is the dow 30 stocks are of value very liquid stocks to push out of their portfolio to go to cash very quickly, so you see greater pressure on the dow than the broader indexes but i look at the s&p mostly and i would tell viewers this may present a good short-term opportunity for them. we have gotten oversold and all the major indexes, the dow, the s&p, we track -- it has been -- cheryl: you said oversold. oversold or overbought? >> on the dow and the s&p we are oversold. and back to the market around 1845 and 1850. in concert with that and the reason it is a good trade is the fix has been overbought. when we get those two to get rid is a good signal for us a good be a short-term trading opportunities. the market will bounce. we may sell a few more points. cheryl: healthy pullback potentially healthy correction and this is what we

cheryl: let's talk about the numbers. as we goere several analysts that pull back, and downgraded estimates by 25%, you came in above that but there's still concern in the analyst community about earnings per share. how dooyou build that in 2014? already warned about pre-tax profits, what is the strategy? >> as you said we did go to new york in the middle of december and gave an outlook in 2014 which resulted in the adjustment we talked about and came close to what we expect in terms of our results so i don't think there's a surprise. the good news was around tax rates so we are looking at the same solid year in 2014 we talked about a month ago with profits around $8 billion and that decline from 2013, the decline is around an unprecedented number of product launches in 2014. triple the number of launches. new f series. cheryl: so you have a lot of points in the u.s. and north america but also emerge in markets. what we have seen with the market's falling the past five sessions and today looks like we will turn the market around b
