we just checked in with cheryl hurd. you saw the jolt that blew out windows of stores and businesses. at this hour, 16 buildings have been declared unsafe. red tagged. also a church right there. that methodist church in downtown napa, severe damage as well. it's not just buildings in downtown but so many homes. 100 homes have been red tagged. all of those homeowners and residents flushed out to friends, family and local hotels. now, four mobile homes burned to the ground. let's correct that. this is in a mobile home park. firefighters arrived on scene shortly after 3:20 this morning. they were responding to another call related to the earthquake when they saw smoke over this mobile home park. you can see how dramatic those images are. two homes were on fire when they pulled up fire crews but because of broken water main, crews had to wait for relief water tender. they couldn't fight the fire because there was no water available because of that water main break. >> lots of video coming in of that shaking. it's startling t
