cheryl: let's talk about gold. gold actually jumped. i want to bring in thomas from the nymex. you are a gold trader. i'm curious about the move in the gold contract after the fed minutes, we saw a dip and jumped up. is this the hedge funds try doing their best to keep themselves afloat right now, thomas? >> the short-term moves are the hedge funds and investor class. we haven't seen a lot of physical demand with the prices up here. usually that is price sensitive. until you get the physical demand i don't know if there's a lot of legs in the move. i think we have to see how real interest rates fall out. you have the interest rates and you have inflation. so how those things proceed forward is really how we're going to assess whether gold continues on this bullish run here. cheryl: and over at the new york stock exchange keith bliss standing by, i want to take back, a fresh session high right after that happened keith, your take? >> it's like we're seeing with the other asset classes and the movement there, the fed is signaling they're going to stand in there pr the longer term. fast-forward and inte
