for example, this morning at chesapeake beach, the water was 57. the air temperature was only 39. look closely at the center of your screen. you can see the white things in the middle part of your screen. that is steam coming off the middle part of the bay. that was from earlier this morning. it did not last very long. normally does not, once the sun comes up. 54 at reagan national. annapolis, 54. cumberland, if45. we will top out right near 60 degrees today. total sunshine overhead. once system we are keeping an eye on is a area of low pressure dumping snow on denver and parts of the midwest, as well. this area of low pressure is over the great plains states. as our high moves offshore, it will be replaced by the area of low pressure. below is passing just to ourselves. i do think it will be far enough to ourselves that all the precipitation will be out of our area. it'll probably be closer to the north carolina-virginia border. computer models were hinting that a few drops could hit portions of our viewing area. i do not think that's possible. that will have a limited impact on
