investigators in the city of chester are looking into this as neighbors grow suspicious about how these fires started. the latest happened on beckly place last night in a block of row homes that had fires on saturday and monday. about 20 people have had to leave their homes because of those fires. "nbc 10's" matt delucia is live in chester. matt, what are you hearing from officials? >> reporter: that they're frankly tired of this chris. police are stationed at the end of the block keeping an eye out here in the hopes of preventing another fire happening. the latest fired happened on the 400 block of beckly place. this one started in the back of the home and quickly spread to the roof. no injuries but this neighborhood has really been through a lot. third fire in four days. first one on saturday then again on monday. in all, six homes damaged out here. we saw fire investigators trying to pull away any evidence from the scene. 20 people have been forced out of their homes because of these fires. the bulk of that number was due to power outages resulting from the fire and the effort to con
