west chester pike is not bad at all, as we were headed west, lots of private contractors treating the roadways, but since we've been out in the elements, it has been just full sleet the entire time. it is stinging the face, to give you sense what we're looking attack ovulation wise, not touch surface, i can get down to the grass here, maybe about three and a half to 4 inches here. the sense of the sleet, you can tell in the treated surfaces here, they're going to head and plow the parking lot, this is all sleet right here. you can tell it has that kind of crystalized nature. that's very easily packed. makes for nasty snowball. checking in, though, with local stakeholders and officials, really no problems at this point either in delaware county, and of course in chester county, because the absence of cars and drivers on the road, what we can see on west chester pike, this is 45-mile per hour zone, lots of plows, lot of private contractors, just going ahead and taking it at a nice easy clip. but again, i emphasize that best bet is of course to stay home. jim, i saw on social media, and
