"action news" reporter katherine scott is live at the district justice's office in chesterbrook.ll story. >> reporter: that's right, jim. arthur phillips is being held on $500,000 cash bail. he's prohibited from having any contact with the victim or her family. earlier this week, investigators say that conestoga high school officials went to police with e-mails and the investigation went from there. do you have any comment sir. >> no, i don't. >> reporter: only "action news" was there late this afternoon as 67-year-old arthur phillips of wayne arrived at his preliminary arraignment in chesterbrook. phillips was a teach's aide in the television production studio at conestoga high school an employee since 2006. there are numerous charges against him including five counts of aggravated indecent assault and 10 counts of institutional sexual assault. investigators say the student was 15 when this started january of this year. in her interview with detectives, the victim told police phillips befriended her in the beginning of the school year and would drive her places in his car. at le
