chestertown, 34. pretty much low to mid 30's. that's the story this morning. cooler temperatures way out west. oakland, 25 degrees. as far as today's forecast, it will be nice but chilly. mostly sunny. temperatures anywhere from 38 to 42 degrees. that's a little chilly, about five degrees beau normal. current temperature showing activity covering the entire state and a little bit of lake-effect snow moving into pennsylvania around pittsburgh and johns town. this is all part of a clipper system that dominated last night and is moving out now. this upper level trough. the sun should pop out and the rest of the afternoon should be nice. as far as our next system is concerned and where we should see rain, late tuesday into wednesday, and it could stick around giving us rain chances through christmas eve. i just think it will be too warm for any snow. but things can change throughout the week, soe'll keep an eye on that. some cloud activity but by tomorrow, clear skies in cecil county. but it's looking good monday and the temperatures will go up. the warmest place

out on the eastern shore, 38 in chestertown. 38 in ocean city. taking a look out west, they are 33 and frostburg a chilly 28 degrees. so what can we expect for today? pretty good weather. a lot of sun. but again those cooler temperatures. partly cloudy skies this morning. 32 to 47 degrees. winds will be a little heavy out of the northwest at 7 to 14 miles per hour. current weather showing high cloud cover associated with that cold front that moved through earlier in the week that brought all this rain to us. that's moving out of here. there's just this upper level front that we're watching here right now that this high pressure behind us will push out. take a look out west. it is clear sailing through next week. high pressure, dry air. so again, nice clear sunny skies. but as far as temperatures, not too good, because the high pressure will be bringing that cool air from canada. futurecast showing you clear skies associated with all of this. the light blue weather if you like heading outside. but you will need that jacket, and you will feel winte
