and that is when chicana feminism were able to talk about how we were a part of something that we have always been living every single day. chicanatudied feminism, when they were describing what it was, i was like, that is my mother. i never labeled it. so again, we have to think about what it looks like. if we are intentional and inclusive. that segues into my question of what are challenges of organizing intersectionally? what are the challenges that we find ourselves in? when we were putting together the policy platform within the women's march, everyone wanted to against trump. march that would have been the easy thing to do. but we had to actually march for something.
