. >> hi, steve wu from china town cdc. we represent china town which is highly transit. we support transit in general. we want to make sure with the mayor's task force that we take a riding tide float approach. our neighborhood is extremely low income and transit dependent and we want to make sure that into discussions about transit, there's an analysis done which we haven't seen about how the expenditures will be planned for equitable. as bob mentioned, it's good to set performance matrix to tie the expenditure plan or to help inform the expenditure plan as to how it can be -- how it can get out to low income neighborhoods. unity is under funded but they served poor people and it has been the poor people transit system. transit riders are becoming more middle class, which in general is a good thing and we think more people should ride transit. we don't want transit revenue to be prioritized to one group or another. we think transit revenue should help all people and the services that have served china town folks and low income communities is protected as well as other s
