i'm wyman lee and i'm a resident engineer for chinatown station. today i am presenting contract modification 123 to construct chinatown station plaza for your approval. central subway, phase two, we are constructing four stations. one surface station at fourth and branno inning, one at mosconi, another at union square and and my most prized at chinatown. our timeline, substantial completion for the tail-end of june of 2020. for the rose station, the original station has the residenrendering, and i consista surface level as well as roof. we want that to be incorporated into the construction contract. as can see from the rendering below, there's another story, another level that's going to be constructed above the surface. we'll end up with the ground level, the plaza level, as well as the roof when everything is done. and the next slide, is shows the magnitude of the construction that's being performed at chinatown. there are six levels constructed underground, along stockton street and three levels that have the cavern of about 1,000 feet, where tr

and also highlighting the chinatown public health center is celebrating 50 years since breaking ground on the construction at the current location and a remarkable 90 years of service in the community of san francisco. the clinical will celebrate on december 5th with healthcare and city leader luminaries, patients, staff and community partners, and commission chow will be speaking with the ambulatory leadership and it's an important marker with regard to that anniversary. to highlight another piece and i take particular pleasure in reading the title of this one is medical clown's grand rounds. i know chinatown is on the cusp of that. i know there are other parts of the downtown area and other neighborhoods that would have zero to minimal impact. the tenderloin and others. my neighborhood is zoned single family home. let's have a conversation about where we can have more density around transit. i think this is a good start. i think that supervisor mar, i appreciate everything you've done, in terms of moving the conversation forward and saying what you're looking for, but at the end of the day i think there is a lot of negotiation going on. i think it's very telling when the assemblyman from the west side of town is coauthor. he represents the west side of san francisco. senator wiener is the main author that represents the whole city. i feel confident in the leadership of assemblyman tinge and wiener to get this right. there is strong anti-demolition intended protections that could be more robust to your point. but they've already started. if a tenant has lived in any property for the past seven years, sb50 is not

conspiracy and it's to do with government and a bunch of other things, so it kind of throws but chinatowntions between the characters, a stellar cast — alec baldwin, willem dafoe, bruce willis, gugu mbatha—raw, who is so terrific — and the film looks wonderful. i think it's really brilliantly designed by beth mickle. it has a very, very fine and evocative score. as for norton, he does completely commit to the role of the private investigator with tourette‘s, which makes him sort of constantly interrupt himself with what appears to be an inner voice. it's a strange film, it's quite long — its 2.5 hours long — and i think that it's something that you have to give yourself over to. but if you're willing to let it work its spell — and it's quite a slow—paced film — i actually think it's quite rich and you can get lost in that world quite easily. ifound it quite immersive, quite an immersive experience. and a terrific supporting performance by alec baldwin. all righty. um, i really want to lucy in the sky to be good because i love films about space and exploration and... ok, look, i think i'm
