california but in the world, we are livingwith the trauma that really has no certain ending, one that chis ging rapidly. and we are all being asked to distance ourselves from the people, most people in our lives. what tips do you have for coping as whadults with is happening right now? especially the social deaths -- distancingand uncertainty. >> the first of i have is really just to acknowledge that we are gointhrough this, and to really acknowledge the feelings that we are having in our body. that it would be very normal to feel anxious, very normal to feel bad, and that we really want to not fight against that and ourselves, and to be kind to ourselves and we want to think about the ways that we can enhance our emotion regulation and our coping. ink about what arwe doing to our bodies? how are we moving? we know that when we are under st ss that our bodiare designed to actually generate chemicals that make us fight or flee. and so if we are in our homes and not moving those chemicals boare in our and they will affect not only our emotional health but our physical health and our relationships
