"the coalition for san francisco neighborhoods urges the planning commission not to approve -- excuse me. not approve any permits for building any health care in san francisco. the comprehensive master plan has been completed. the equipment needed to serve the health needs for the people of san francisco. this has not been done. another resolution we passed -- "we oppose the certification of the cpmc eir and the further in- depth analysis of alternative 3a, which would create more services at the st. luke's location. in march of this year, "the general assembly felt that the developers agreement was unsatisfactory and does not address the most important issues of hike on the van ness site, traffic mitigation, affordableaffordable housing, health care for low-income residents, a 30-inch
