let's bring in victor cho who joins us by phone. victor, what's your take? is this so crazy that that just might work tactic working out? >> it's hard to say just yet. i mean, things are moving very fast right now. getting these detainees out was clearly an obstacle. trump could not have carried out a summit with kim with these three held hostage. and if he would have brought themselves back himself, he it would have taken off the attention. the bigger question, while he's gotten the three out this is not a free pass on human rights abuses. as you mentioned earlier, otto warmbier's parents are still suing them. there's many things that this leadership is accused of. so, we're far from done on the human rights issue. the other thing is, it's important, they brought experts with them, pompeo did from the national security council and from the state department, which gives me the sense that they're now entering a phase of prenegotiations. like specific details about what they want to get out of the summit. so, that's a good sign, but still, the expectations are
