we have stella, i'm sorry, is it chou. >> chow. >> thank you, ms. chou. director of managed care. thank you. >> good afternoon. you already know my name. i'm joined by my colleague, from san francisco health plan, sumi who is on the line, who is also our third-party administrator of the city option plan. we're here to provide you an update on the program. next slide, please. so, here's the agenda. i'm not going to read item by item. let's move to our goals on the next slide. so, we have two goals today. one is to give the commissioners an update on the san francisco city option program and shipment policies that you approved in january 2022. secondly, we would like to provide the commissioners a summary of the program fund since its inception 15 years ago. so, next slide, please. to level that, i would like to go over briefly how the program works. so, first, under the healthcare security ordinance, employers would contribute money on the employee's behalf at least on a quarterly basis by submitting a roster and sending it to the program and they also, the employees will also noti
