and chp tells me that it now appears that a nissan altima rear-ended that motorcycle. so what chp told me was that the impact pushed the rider of that motorcycle up into the car, there's a possibility that another vehicle may have struck that motorcycle rider. for a while the right three lanes of eastbound on the bridge were closed down. the driver of that car was briefly investigated for dui and found to have not been impaired. she also has not been cited at this time. no word on who was on that motorcycle. the only thing that chp was able to tell us at this point is that it was an adult male. they say that the driver of that vehicle was an out-of- state female with a valid out- of-state license so they are investigating this incident but, again, as we were told by chp in just the last 15 minutes at this point it does not appear this was a dui incident. the incident, though, still under investigation at this time. back to you guys. >> thank you, christien, for that update. >>> we are also following a major new development in the investigation into egypt air flight 804
