the chp logs show one of the vehicles involved was a chp vehicle.main closed because officers were working to get tow trucks to the scene. if you take a look at this traffic map, though, you can see where that crash happened. it's right there on the middle of your screen. but if you take a look at the roadways in and around that area, the green is good news for folks. that's deer hill road, pleasant hill road and 680 and 24 going through there. it looks like this is cleared up and that traffic is moving smoothly in the area. we do know about 30 minutes ago they did open a couple of the lanes. and so that has led to the green on your screen that you're seeing now. >> vallejo police are investigating after a body was discovered near where a large sideshow was taking place. this was the scene on williams drive near highway 37. shortly before 1:00 this morning. video shows a body wrapped in a yellow tarp. so far, there is no official word from vallejo police, but witnesses say at least one person was killed. after more than 20 gunshots were fired as a s
