>> that's right, chris. exactly. i think you just heard something from mccarthy there that we've been hearing from the president in the last couple of days after this tentative deal was reached saturday night. that's look, neither side of this is going to be completely thrilled. you have to give up things in order to reach a compromise. and that is clear from both the white house and speaker mccarthy in talking to his members that they knew there were going to be democrats and republicans who were going to have issue with what they put forward. at the end of the day, because they were able to have this handshake agreement from both parties, they know they're going to have democrats and republicans who need to step up and vote for it to support it. that doesn't mean it's going to be easy. in many ways, a lot of people were looking at these negotiations saying this is really complicated stuff and now we're in the next month intensive phase to try to see how they're going to consolidate support on both ends. i can tell
