first i'll call for public comment and have chris christensen. sorry. public comment? seeing none public comment is closed. colleagues commissioner woo hoo >> thank you so much. i appreciate i know a lot of work went into giving this report but think the is very important as we celebrate the success of a new terminal and think we all agree it is beautiful and pleny people comment on seeing all the cruise ships coming in so i want to celebrate along with the staff with our terminal operators that we have done a good job. obviously there are areas we are still trying to work through and i do have a couple of questions. the order that you presented which is the cruise ship business. you mentioned that the customs made changes, can you explain what they did to make the process work faster because i also want today comments on my recent experience going through san francisco airport so i know they are making improvalment all around >> i know enough to be dangerous and what they have done-there was a specific change that had to do qu foreign passengers coming off cruise ship

the first person i have is chris consist ynlson >> good afternoon port commission. some know me and some don't. i'm christopher christensen of [inaudible] president of bay area long shore memorial association. moneek just speak on leroy king and the amazing activist and labor leader and i was-had the privilege to serve on the northern california district counsel at the ends of his life, he was still active. i want to inform the port commission and staff his family and bay area long shore memorial is having a memorial on july 25 which is a saturday from 10-3 at the i [inaudible] at 400 north point and i'm extending warm well knh to invite the port commission and port staff. and that is it >> thank you. any other public speakers? seeing none commissioners-- >> and just want to say something about leroy king who was such a wonderful person. i know when i was first appointed to this commission he was one of the first people to embrace me and take me to lunch and try to show me the ropes and he has been such a great frepds for so squlaung is just such a wonderful activist. if he believe in a cause you would take it on too beca
