thank you for that kind introduction ralph and i just had a nice visit with chris coleman. it is a pleasure to be here with all of you today. i just want to start by thanking you all for your public service whether you are a mayor or a city councilmember or a commission or whatever they call you in your public service i have come to appreciate just how tough your jobs are and how important your jobs are so thank you for everything you do. yes we can give you a round of applause.
