i'm chris hayes. the anger is rising. you can feel it as the world's richest man, elon musk, an unelected billionaire, is unlawfully hollowing out the united states government, seizing control of payment and personnel systems of the data of millions of americans trying to shut down agencies that congress duly created. americans across the country in protests and demonstrations and teachings, are focusing their outrage on musk with calls of fire. elon, even though it is not entirely clear who he is working for other than himself. we're going to have much more on those protests later in the show. they are growing. but musk is still pushing on, continuing to invade government systems. today, staffers with his extra governmental department of government efficiency reportedly entered the headquarters of the national oceanic and atmospheric administration in maryland, as well as the building of its parent agency, the department of commerce in washington. they apparently just sort of walked past security and said, get out of my
